Welcome to Spinand Laundry . By accessing and using our website, mobile application, and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before using our services.

1. Services

• We provide laundry, dry-cleaning, pressing, and home-care services including but not limited to garment cleaning, shoe and bag care, carpet cleaning, and curtain cleaning.
• Service availability may vary based on your location, order size, and scheduling.
• Pickup and delivery timings are subject to traffic and operational constraints.

2. Order & Payment

• Orders can be placed via our website, mobile application, WhatsApp, or customer support line.
• Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment is required before delivery; we accept online payment and cash on delivery (where applicable).
• Any discounts, coupons, or offers are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

3. Garment Care & Liability

• We take the utmost care with all items, but:

  • We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, color fading, or shrinkage that may occur during cleaning.

  • Labels & care instructions must be accurate. We are not liable for damage caused by misleading or missing care labels.

  • In case of loss or irreparable damage, our liability is limited to five times the service charge of the affected item or the maximum compensation allowed under UAE law.

• Customers are advised not to leave valuables in garments or pockets.

4. Pickup & Delivery

• Standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours, unless express service is requested (additional charges apply).
• Customers must ensure accurate addresses and availability for pickup and delivery.
• Missed pickups or deliveries may incur rescheduling fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement via our app or customer support.
• Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse our services, including fraudulent orders or false claims.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
• Unauthorized use of our logo, content, or images is prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide services or comply with UAE law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Spinand Laundry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
