• Cancellation Time Frame: Customers are entitled to cancel their ordered services within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made within this time frame are eligible for a full refund.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. We are committed to processing your refund promptly, but please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transaction to be completed. This period allows us to ensure that all aspects of the refund are handled accurately and in accordance with banking procedures.
• Conditions for Cancellation: Cancellations are accepted under the condition that the services have not yet been commenced. If the service has been partially completed, we may offer a prorated refund based on the extent of services rendered at the time of cancellation.
